Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design an assembly hall for the completion of forklift cabins with the requirement of modern operation. The work includes creating an optimal layout, structural, and technological solution for the building to ensure a smooth course of assembly processes, safe material handling, and high operational efficiency. The diploma thesis is divided into the following parts: - the architectural and structural design of the assembly hall with an administrative section - the technical systems design required for the operation of the proposed spaces - the design of gas radiant heaters for the hall, including their output, placement, and connection to the gas systém - a separate hot-water heating system for the administrative building, with an appropriate heat source, distribution system, and heat-emitting surfaces that meet the higher thermal comfort requirements of office spaces - calculation of heat losses for both parts of the building, determination of thermal requirements for individual operations, and the design of optimal heat sources - in the area of sanitary installations, the thesis includes the design of internal water and wastewater distribution, mainly for the administrative section, assessing capacity, hygiene, and operational requirements, and proposing suitable solutions for employee sanitary facilities
