Abstract

The content of this thesis is the project documentation of three-storey apartment building with cellar. The house is built with the intention of future rental of housing units. The building will be made of conventional building materials. The building is located in Havířov - city. Part of the thesis is the project documentation for building permission pursuant to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation [1], technological process for implementation of object envelope from Porotherm bricks and solution to organization, according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. on construction documentation [1]. The construction budget and construction timetable are also the part of the thesis.
