Abstract

This master's thesis deals with the development of a business plan for establishing a private eye optical shop that will focus on selling eyeglass frames, contact lenses, and providing optometric care. In order to comprehensively understand the subject matter, the topic is approached from both a theoretical and practical perspective. The theoretical part of the thesis includes a description of the analytical methods used in the practical part, basic terminology related to entrepreneurship, and the structure of the business plan. The practical part is dedicated to the actual development of the business plan and the application of theoretical foundations in the specific conditions of the company. The practical part also includes a financial plan and risk analysis. In conclusion, the feasibility of the business concept and its potential for development are assessed.
