Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is Woco STV s.r.o. located in the Zlín Region in Vsetín. It is a company engaged in the automotive industry. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the performance of Woco STV s.r.o. using the BSC method. The method allows a comprehensive assessment of the performance of a business through financial and non-financial indicators. Applying this method can help the business identify factors that reduce business performance. Possible undesirable effects will suggest possible solutions that could mitigate their impact.
