Abstract
The objective of this bachelor´s thesis is to describe modern quality management and its implementation in practice, more precisely to describe and analyze the existing quality management system in the company TROJEK, a.s., and to concentrate particularly on human resources and the future development of this area. I have chosen TROJEK, a.s. due to its position as the most important and largest of the waste metal processors in the Czech Republic.
