Aplikace vybraných přístupů při oceňování zemědělských pozemků

Abstract

The aim of the work was to valuation of rural land and their use in practice. I look into valuation of land in my work. I find the valuation methods and kinds of uses these methods. We get to know with valuation notice, the comparative and yield method. I use these three methods in practice to concrete examples as part of work. I evaluated discovered results at the end.
