Abstract

This work includes all the impacts, which participated in devastation of the Most basin landscape. In the first part there are development of coal mining and settlements on the area described. The following part is dedicated to development of quarrying, chemical industry and their impacts to cultural landscape. This section includes protective measures, which contributed to increase the level of environmental setting. The last part is focused on renewal of landscape. It describes reclamation and revitalization in given area including examples. This work concludes with solution proposal, which can be done in the future.
