Abstract
The master´s thesis focuses on the analysis of the competitiveness of the chosen company. The aim is to analyze the current situation of the company Patok by analyzing the external and internal environment of the company. Based on the analyses, some problem areas are identified and the ways that could lead to increased competitiveness are suggested.
