Abstract
This bachelor’s thesis examines the issue of unmanned transport systems within the Integrated Rescue System, with a focus on their technical parameters, the legislative framework, and practical operation. The text is logically structured into three main sections. The first section outlines general legislative and operational rules, presents available transport drone models, and offers a comparison of these models to aid in selecting the optimal aircraft for specific logistical tasks. The second section provides a comprehensive comparison of drones with conventional equipment (helicopters and all-terrain vehicles) in terms of advantages, limitations, and deployment methods, supplemented by examples of real-world applications from both Czech and international practice. The concluding section is devoted to the future potential of these technologies within the Fire and Rescue Service and an evaluation of a questionnaire survey that maps Czech firefighters’ awareness of transport drones and their own ideas about possible applications in the field.
