Renata Zdařilová, Ph.D. The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of the apartment building according to the project documentation for the joint zoning and construction proceedings processed according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. It is a four-storey unbasement apartment building made of HELUZ system of fittings, irregular ground plan, which will be roofed with gable roofs of different slopes. There are 17 residential units in the apartment building. The design of the apartment building took intoacount the requirements given in the update of the call for submission of subsidy applications udner the program „Construction for the agquisition of social apartments, social apartments, social and mixed.use houses“ vhich was issued by the State investment support fund.
