Vlivy geologických a geomorfologických podmínek na fluviálně-sedimentační procesy beskydských povodí

Abstract

The main theme of my diploma thesis is modeling of erosion, fluvial and sedimentation processes in the watershed of the river Becva. Possibilities of using GIS together with erosion and hydrodynamical models for prediction development of landscape and river beds morphology are mentioned in introduction of work. Other chapters describe natural conditions of the pilot area, the erosion process associated with delivery of sediments into rivers and used programs. Practical part is focus on modeling of erosion and sediment transport using empirical mathematical erosion model RUSLE and hydrodynamical models HEC-RAS 4.1.0 and MIKE 11. Obtained results are presented and evaluated in conclusion.
