Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The theme of Bachelor thesis is Employee Motivation in a Selected Organisation. The object of the thesis is analysis of actual state of Employee Motivation. The Bachelor thesis is divided in two parts. The terms like a motive, stimulus, etc. are explained in the theoretical part, the selected motivational theories are introduced in this part too. The main part of the Bachelor thesis is practical part, where is discovered actual state of Employee Motivation in company SPEDOS by questionnaire survey. The questionnaire survey is evaluated in this part and on the base of results of survey are suggested recommendations, which will improve the actual state.
