Analýza motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v podniku na výrobu elektromotorů

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of employee remuneration in a selected company and evaluate their motivation to perform job. Based on data from a questionnaire survey to propose changes in the remuneration system. The theoretical part compiles jobs motivations, remuneration in the organization, remuneration system and employee evaluation. The practical part analyzes the motivation and remuneration of employees in the company. There is rendered a questionnaire survey, including the determination of research questions and hypotheses. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaire, were proposed recommendations for the company.
