Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provedení stavby dle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Technická zpráva byla zpracována ve stupni pro stavební povolení dle téže vyhlášky. Předmětem projektové dokumentace je budova potravinářského průmyslu, konkrétně „Vinařství“. Dokumentace obsahuje přiloženou studii, tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, statický výpočet, včetně návrhu a posouzení železobetonového schodiště a energetický štítek budovy. Práce je rozdělena na textovou část a výkresovou část, jež jsou zpracovány v rozsahu zadání diplomové práce.

This master’s thesis addresses the development of project documentation at the level of construction execution documentation in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The technical report has been prepared in the scope required for the building permit procedure pursuant to the same decree. The subject of the project documentation is a facility within the food-processing industry, specifically a winery. The documentation comprises an architectural study, a thermal-technical evaluation of the building envelope, a structural analysis including the design and assessment of a reinforced concrete staircase, and the building’s energy performance certificate. The thesis is structured into a textual section and a drawing section, both prepared in the scope defined by the assignment of the master’s thesis.
