Hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of real investment for Ostravské vodárny a kanalizace, a.s. The bachelor thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the methodology of the investment process in which investment is characterized and the classification of investment projects is characterized, including phases of the investment process and the sensitivity analysis. The next section presents an enterprise realizing an investment and investment intention with cash flows and cost of capital is described. In the application part dynamic criteria are calculated and the sensitivity analysis is developed, including the most important factor of influence. Finally, the real investment is evaluated, which represents the most advantageous way of financing under the static and dynamic criteria.
