Abstract
This graduation thesis handles with rewarding of employees in a chosen
organisation. The aim of the thesis is suggestion of possible changes in the system of rewarding of the employees. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part explains the basis of the rewarding of the employees from the theoretical point of view. In the next chapter there are mentioned some details about the chosen organisation. The fourth chapter deals with the analysis of the current state of rewarding of employees in the chosen organisation. A part of this chapter is also an evaluation of the questionnaire concerning opinions of the employees about the rewarding system. On the basis of the questionnaire I came to suggestions in the next chapter. In the fifth chapter there are mentioned suggestions and recommendations in the rewarding system. In the conclusion, there is an evaluation of the whole thesis.
