Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is economic evaluation of the allowance organization. In the theoretical part there is described the theoretical background needed for functioning and effectiveness of allowance organizations established by the State and allowance organizations established by the municipality or region. After that follows the analysis of activities and economy of the chosen allowance organization, which is the Územni středisko záchranné služby Moravskoslezského kraje. The final chapter is based on the comparison of existing decree No. 434/1992 Coll., about emergency services and upcoming emergency services bill.
