Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic "Analysis of selected Sales Contracts." The thesis discusses a contract of sale and its legal regulation in the Civil Code. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate such contract and provide with recommendations when concluding the sales contract using an analyzing method. A contract of sale is the most commonly used contractual obligation; therefore, the first chapter is devoted to development of contract of sale and closing process of it. The second chapter deals with necessities of a contract of sale where the rights and obligations of purchaser and seller are mentioned. The final chapters are dedicated to the analysis of selected contracts of sales on movable thing and evaluation and recommendations when concluding future contracts of sales.
