Možnosti rozvoje coworkingových center v podmínkách Moravskoslezského kraje

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to design, modeled after the coworking center Viva in Ostrava, possible extensions of these centers to other cities in the Moravian-Silesian region, namely in Karviná and Opava. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts, these concepts are coworking and coworking center. History of these centers is also described and coworking center Viva in Ostrava is closer described and other centers in the country and consequently in the world are mentioned. The second chapter is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the notion of the entrepreneur and the entrepreneurship. We also met with companies that have their foundations built on liberal principles and evaluated is the trend in the development of business in the Moravian-Silesian region and then is the trend compared with the trend in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the second chapter focuses on the evaluation questionnaire focusing on knowledge of coworking among students VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. At the beginning of the last chapter is on example of Viva described the expensiveness of foundation of coworking center and the possible proposals for the extension of these centers to urban Karviná and Opava are mentioned. Conclusion of the chapter is devoted to a possible procedure for the establishment of coworking center.
