Abstract

Zadáním diplomové práce je řešení a návrh regenerace panelového sídliště v Hlučíně části Rovniny. Cílem regenerace bude rozšíření parkovacích a odstavných stání, obnova městského mobiliáře a využití funkčních ploch. Návrh je vypracován s přihlédnutím na územní plán města Hlučína.

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řešení statické dopravy v sídlišti a také na dopravní situaci uvnitř sídliště, funkční využití volných travnatých ploch a nevyužitých prostranství.

Návrh regenerace byl ovlivněn nedostačujícím počtem odstavných a parkovacích stání. Tyto chybějící plochy byly vyřešeny vybudováním parkoviště a rozšíření stávajících parkovacích a odstavných stání.

The thesis is the solution and proposal for the regeneration of the prefab housing estate at Hlučín part of Rovniny. The aim of the regeneration will be the extension of parking and parking spaces, the renovation of urban furniture and the use of functional areas. The proposal is drawn up taking into account the town plan of Hlučín.

The diploma thesis focuses on the solution of static transport in the housing estate as well as on the traffic situation within the housing estate, the functional use of free grassy areas and unused areas.

The proposal for regeneration was affected by insufficient number of parking and parking spaces. These missing areas were solved by building a parking lot and extending the existing parking and parking spaces.
