Analýza a návrh opatření pro snížení chybovosti v dokumentaci.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing documentation errors and proposing measures to reduce their occurrence. Based on data from rejected documentation provided in Excel format, a frequency analysis of errors was conducted, followed by a Pareto analysis to identify the most frequent issues. To further explore the root causes, Ishikawa diagrams were created, and potential causes were evaluated through brainstorming sessions. Based on these analyses, several corrective measures were proposed, including the implementation of data copying into the final V-NASS documentation, improvement of the working environment for the documentation department, hiring of new staff, and the integration of artificial intelligence for final documentation checks. The outcome of this thesis is a set of recommendations aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of documentation processes.
