Vytvoření krizové matice pro vybranou společnost

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a crisis matrix in a selected company, the description of which is located at the beginning of the practical part. The aim of the work is to find problems in the company and their foci of potential crises, based on a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. From the results of these analyses, a winterling crisis matrix is compiled and all potential crisis foci are analysed. In the next part, there will be proposals for solutions or at least mitigation of these potential crises. Two contingency plans have also been developed for the most serious possible crises, including a proposal for a receivables management system.
