Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to compare and evaluate the costs of various technologies of laying telecommunication networks and use of raw materials in the process of installation telecommunication networks. The first part describes the different installation technologies. The individual chapters explain advantages and disadvantages of these methods. In the next part we explain the negative phenomena associated with the construction, including the safety of laying optical fiber networks and evaluate the use of alternative raw materials in the process of installation of telecommunication networks. In conclusion are evaluated all the technologies. This evaluation is intended to serve as a basis for investors in the construction of optical fiber network.
