Analýza náboru a adaptačního procesu zaměstnanců ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This work focuses on recruitment and adaptation. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts in the field of human resources, hiring and adaptation. In the practical part called as a characteristic of the current state in the field of hiring and adaptation, I characterize the selected company, including its structure. Subsequently, in this company, I find out the current state of the hiring process and the process of adaptation. The subsequent analytical part evaluates and graphically displays the results of the questionnaire survey. I also try to propose solutions or recommendations to improve the recruitment and adaptation process.
