Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the company's financial situation Vyncke, Ltd. in the years 2009 - 2013 using financial analysis methods and their applications. Bachelor thesis is divided into five chapters. The second chapter is devoted to financial analysis in detail and explaining its nature and purpose. They describe its sources, methods and its application in practice. In the third part, the company selected Vyncke, Ltd. This section contains a brief description of the company and some basic information about their projects. The fourth part of the thesis is part of the application, which presents the results of financial analysis, using techniques such as horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, index numbers and analysis of variance. To perform various calculations drawn from the accounting data and the annual reports of the selected company. The last chapter is intended to summarize all the findings and their subsequent evaluation.
