Hodnocení investice podniku

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je „Hodnocení investice podniku“. Cílem práce je vytvořit pro společnost ekonomický podklad k rozhodnutí o schválení či zamítnutí realizace investičního projektu. V bakalářské práci jsou porovnávány dva způsoby financování investice. Tyto způsoby financování jsou hodnoceny na základě ekonomických ukazatelů. V závěru práce je vybrán výhodnější způsob financování investičního projektu a je doporučen k realizaci.

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is „The evaluation of the business investment“. The aim of the thesis is to create economical materials for the company to decide whether to approve or reject the realization of the investment project. There are two ways of investment financing compared in this Bachelor thesis. These methods of financing are assessed on the basis of the economic indicators. In the end of the thesis the budget-wiser method of financing the investment project is chosen and recommended for the effectuation.
