Abstract

Building and running your own business requires a lot of effort and patience at this time. Maintaining your position in the market means always keeping your eyes open, analyzing the external environment and diverging from your competition. The aim of this work is to evaluate the competitiveness of Czech Railways, LEO Express and STUDENT Agency - RegioJet. The partial aim of the thesis is the overall assessment of satisfaction with the customer services of various railway carriers and, subsequently, the improvement of existing companies. The theoretical part deals with definitions and definition of basic concepts. The practical part deals with the evaluation of the competitiveness of enterprises.
