ELPOD: Budování datového skladu a získávání informací z aukčních systémů

Abstract

This bachelors thesis deals with building up of data warehouse, creating data pump from auction gateway www.aukro.cz, identification of item of an auction and creating overviews of these data. The first part deals with issue of data warehouses. The second part is focused on enlighting the principes od web service WebApi and description of methods of work connected with this service. The content of the third part is specification of assignment of the data warehouse itself. The others parts deal with data analysis, function analysis, example of usage and description of a graphical user interface. The last part is devoted to implementation of data warehouse using the technology PL/SQL, C#, .NET Framework 4 and database server Oracle 11g. This part is also focused on creating database functions and precedure. The created aplication allows making strategic decisions for purchase and sale through auction gateway. The application also includes a simple managed stock.
