Srovnaní systému financování obcí v ČR a SR

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate management and financing system of chosen municipalities and to explain found distinctions. Theoretical part is focused on characteristics of Slovak and Czech municipalities, legislation and their members, financing regulations relating to management and its control. Next part deals with brief introduction of both chosen municipalities, Benadovo in Slovakia and Mladec in Czech Republic, as for their history and present. The incomes and expenses obtained from final annual reports of both municipalities are expressed in Euro for easier comparison and understanding. In practical part are management results of two mentioned municipalities listed and evaluated during monitored period from 2007 to 2011. All results and observations are listed and illustrated in charts and tables. At the conclusion of the thesis summarizes the results of financing comparison between municipality Benadovo (Slovakia) and Mladec (Czech republic).
