Socio-ekonomické aspekty transformace průmyslu

Abstract

The thesis deals with current situation and ways of solutions, especially in case of mining industry, its transformation and how it effects society. The goal in the first part is to redefine theoretical basis of socioeconomics aspects and industrial transformation. The second part of the thesis is specifically focused on situation in Czechia, Eastern Europe, Germany, Canada and selected African countries, and how they face the problematics. It also aims on a part of Czechia, Moravian-Silesian region, where have already been closed the vast majority of coal mines. As a conclusion are mentioned evaluation and proposals, which could lead to an improvment of dealing with problems like unemployement.
