Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Problematika nákupní činnosti ve společnosti MEKR´S s.r.o.“ je analyzovat problematiku nákupní činnosti a zhodnotit průběh této oblasti v podniku MEKR´S. První, teoretická, část práce obsahuje charakteristiku, hospodářskou situaci a organizační strukturu společnosti. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou sekcí. První část je zaměřena na všeobecnou teorii nákupní činnosti v podniku a druhá rozebírá jednotlivé kroky nákupního procesu ve společnosti MEKR´S s.r.o.. V závěru jsou uvedená vhodná doporučení a návrhy, které by mohly prospět chodu celého podniku.

The object of this thesis "The issue of purchasing activities in the Company MEKR'S s.r.o." is to analyze the issue of purchasing activities and evaluate the progress of this area in the company. The first, theoretical part, of the thesis contains the characteristics of the economic situation and the organizational structure of the company. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first part is focused on the general theory of purchasing activity in the enterprise and the second part discusses the different steps of the purchase process at the Company MEKR'S s.r.o.. Concludes with appropriate recommendations and proposals, that could benefit the entire business operation.
