Abstract

This bachelor thesis describes the design and realization of tone dialing generator using a PIC18F452 microprocessor of Microchip. The aim is to achieve the smallest deviation of generated signals from the nominal values and realization of prototype designated as the presenting feature, and for measurements of properties of generator. The introductory chapter briefly describes the principle and the use of tone dialing (DTMF). It is followed by general description and design of the generator units, including calculations of components and design of a complete block diagram. The conclusion summarizes the results of measurements and two methods of merging of sinusoidal signals are compared here. Programs for both methods are written in C language and are located in Annex of bachelor thesis, along with detailed images of the measurements.
