Analýza efektivnosti investičního projektu

Abstract

The object of this thesis is the analysis of economics efficiency of investment project. Theoretic part of the thesis defines basic parameters of investment decision, identifies cash flow of investment and capital cost, describes methods of evaluation of an investment project’s efficiency. Criterion of Net Prezent Value, Internal Rate of Return and Payback Period was used to analysis and aplication of this methods provide results about investments project’s efficiency. Analysis of robustness has meaning for investor because reflects robustness of project to unthought risks.
