Abstract
The aim of this final thesis is to define the theoretical foundations of social responsibility of industrial businesses and to analyze the social bonds between employees, management, the general public and state representatives. Furthermore, this work focuses on the definition and analysis of the effects of potential synergies which businesses can achieve when actively applying the principles of social responsibility.
