Možnosti podpory rozvoje občanské vybavenosti obce Teplice nad Bečvou na příkladu vybraného projektového záměru

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of subsidy opportunities that can be used to build a community centre in the village of Teplice nad Bečvou, through the analysis of subsidy opportunities and subsequent verification in the form of a selected subsidy title and preparation of a model project plan. The theoretical part remains the concept of regional development and regional policy. The chapter also approaches the issue of civic amenities in municipalities and cities in the Czech Republic. The final part of the chapter is devoted to the project management methodology. The analysis of subsidy possibilities is focused on subsidy opportunities at the municipal level, individual subsidy programs from EU Funds and national or regional sources are listed here. At the end of the chapter, the most suitable possible grant title for co-financing a model project plan is evaluated and selected. The practical part is focused on the identification and preparation of a specific model project plan, which is implemented in the village of Teplice nad Bečvou. Describes the specific object of implementation and its subsequent reconstruction.
