Abstract

The purpose of bachelor thesis is the project for detail planning permission and the determination of safety and health protectin at work at the building substructure. Residental building is solved as a new building on the undeveloped parcel. Project is processed within the scope of detailed planning permission. Bachelor thesis includes design, final technical report, technical report, technical report of building equipment, thermal technical requirements of the selected construction, plan of safety requirements of residental building substructure implementation, schedule and itemized budget. Bachelor thesis identifies risks, sets preparation site and construction machinery from terms safety.
