Abstract

This work is focused on the economic and financial analysis. The aim of the economic and financial analysis is to consider financial and economic situation of the enterprise with the help of specific procedures and methods. The financial analysis emphasizes the strengths of the company and reveals potential financial management mistakes as well. The source of information in order to construct it comes from financial statements of given corporation.

The purpose of this work is to conduct economical and financial analysis of the selected limited liability company. After the clarification of the importance and characteristics of given issue the analysed company is characterised. In the practical part of the task vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements is performed. Furthermore there are calculated and evaluated the specific ratio indicators of financial analysis. In the field of economic analysis there is the chosen company evaluated with the use of bankruptcy and credit scoring models.

In the conclusion of this work there are aggregately valorised results of the economic and financial analysis.
