Společenská odpovědnost firem se zaměřením na sociální pilíř

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility belongs to rather new trends of business strategies, which are used by many firms and companies; therefore it became the main topic of my diploma work. In the theoretical section I focus on the whole profile of conception of CSR, its development, the pillars, where the most valuable pillar for me is the CSR. The main point of my work which is at the same time the subject of the practical section is gender studies. I applied a part of gender audit on NOWACO Opava,s.r.o., because the gender studies represent a very wide spectrum of activities. The main goal of my diploma work is the whole evaluation of the gender audit of the company NOWACO Opava s.r.o., and suggesting specific characterized changes, which enable the company to make a progress in the resort of gender equality and the identification of good company’s procedures. I used the methodology of an observation, a dialog, and then an evaluation of primary data. After that I analyzed the primary data, I deduced a conclusion and suggested a specific recommendation.
