Organizace a řízení mezinárodního turnaje handicapovaných stolních tenistů

Abstract

Cílem této práce je provést podrobnou analýzu organizace, řízení a samotného průběhu turnaje Czech Open tělesně postižených a případným příštím organizátorům akce navrhnout některé náměty a doporučení vzešlé z mého výzkumného šetření. Data byla zpracována pomoci SWOT analýzy a rozhovorem s dvěma účastníky turnaje. Bylo zjištěno, že organizátoři byli s uspořádanou akcí velmi spokojení a budou se každým rokem snažit tento turnaj zlepšovat. Díky podpory města a sponzorů se tento turnaj nebude konat co dva roky, jak tomu bylo doteď, ale každým rokem.

The aim of this thesis is perform a detailed analysis of the organization, controling of international tournament of Psychically handicaped players and for future organizers suggest some suggestions and recommendations from my research. . The data set was processed by the SWOT analysis and conversation with two players of this tournament. The research has found, that organizers were very satisfied and they will try to improve this tournament every year. Thanks to support of the city and sponsors this tournamnet will not be every two years, how it has been so for, but It will be every year from now.
