Stanovení hodnoty zpracovatelského podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty společnosti Tereos TTD k 31.3.2016. Výsledná tržní hodnota představuje potencionální kupní cenu. V teoretické části práce je provedena teoretická rešerše. Ve třetí části je charakterizován podnik. Čtvrtá část práce se zabývá procesem stanovením tržní hodnoty prostřednictvím metody DCF-Entity. Práce je zakončena analýzou rizika prostřednictvím nástroje crystall ball.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the market value of the company Tereos TTD to the date 31. 3. 2016. Final market value represents the potential purchase price. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis is performed theoretical research. In the third part of the diploma thesis is carried out characteristic of the company. The fourth part of the diploma thesis is dealing with process of determining the market value by using method DCF-Entity. The diploma thesis is ended by risk analysis by using method of Crystall Ball.
