Abstract

This thesis deals with competency models. The target is proposal of competency models for two working positions in selected organization and identification of competency level which is necessary for successful working. The first part of this thesis is theoretical one. Terms deal with competency models are explained in this part. The second part is practical one. Theoretical knowledge is put into the practice. Competency models for two working positions are assembled here. Part of this thesis proposal of three possibility of using these competency models. There are employees selection, employees evaluation and career plan.
