Návrh řešení projektu s využitím principů projektového řízení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem řešení projektu s využitím principů projektového řízení. První část této bakalářské práce objasňuje teoretická východiska projektového řízení a seznamuje s metodami využívanými v projektovém managementu. Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu kladů a záporů současné firemní komunikace a podává návrhy na její zlepšení. Na závěr práce se aplikují vybrané metody projektového řízení na firmou poskytnutém projektu, s cílem poukázat na potřebu zavedení pozice projektového manažera, kterou doposud firma neměla.

This bachelor’s thesis inquires into the analysis and proposed solutions of a project with the use of the principles of project management. The first part of the thesis clarifies the theoretical solutions of a project management and introduces the methods used in project management. The thesis focuses on the analysis of positives and negatives of current corporate communication and proposes potential solutions for its improvement. The conclusion of the thesis shows the application of chosen methods of project management on a project provided by the company with the goal of pointing out the need of creating the position of project manager which the company did not have before.
