Abstract
This bachelor thesis is focused on CØKAFE´s cafes in Ostrava. The aim of this study is to analyze consumer behavior in the cafe market. The thesis is divided into its theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes theoretical basis of consumer behavior and characteristics of the cafe market. The practical part contains results analysis. The results were provided through primary data from a questionnaire survey and were processed by the IBM SPSS Statistics program. Suggestions and recommendations were made based on the results of our research. They could serve as an advice for CØKAFE´s owners.
