Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue the EC declaration of conformity for machinery. EC declaration of conformity is required under European Union law for any machine that will be placed on the market, respectively into operation within the European Union. It is a comparison of the actual technical state of equipment in terms of safety with requirements of the relevant legislation. There is currently no stable methodology, which strictly determine way of access this field. The aim of this work is to create a design of universal methodology applicable in conformity assessment of new machinery and its application to selected machinery.
