Ocenění podniku poskytujícího služby

Abstract

Tématem této práce je "Ocenění podniku poskytujícího služby". Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve analyzovány důvody pro ocenění podniku a postupy určení hodnoty. Následně je v práci řešena problematika analyzování vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku. Metody ocenění jsou rozebrány nakonec teoretické části práce. Představeny jsou majetkové, výnosové a tržní principy ocenění podniku. V praktické části je provedena charakteristika vybraného podniku - Komerční banky, a.s. Následně jsou provedeny přípravné kroky pro určení hodnoty: PEST analýza, analýza odvětví, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. Na závěr práce je na základě analýz provedeno určení hodnoty vybraného podniku pomocí výnosových metod a tržních metod k 31. 12. 2015.

The theme of this thesis is "Business Valuation". The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The reasons for the valuation of the company and the procedures for determining the value are analyzed in the theoretical part. Subsequently, the internal and external environment of the company is analyzed. The evaluation methods are examined in the final chapter of the theoretical part of the thesis. The assets, yield and market based methods are analyzed. The characteristics of the selected company - Komerční banka, plc are introduced in the following practical part of the thesis. After that preparatory steps are taken to determine the value: PEST analysis, industry analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of the thesis, based on the analyzes, the value of the selected enterprise was determined using yield and market based methods as of 31 December 2015.
