Abstract

Stock holding and stock management is a constant search for new opportunities to streamline business processes. Inventories are an important part of business. It is important to pay due attention to them, that took place in the optimal balance with minimal costs. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of stock in the company JETI model Ltd., which serves to identify any shortcomings in terms of storage and inventory management, followed by recommendations and suggestions for improvement. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part is called theoretical - methodological issues are explained and basic concepts. The practical part is based on theoretical knowledge described in the theoretical part of the actual state and warehousing company. The last includes suggestions and recommendations designed to bring us some improvements and show the direction in which the firm should take in the development of warehouse management.
