Návrh systému vyšetřování a učení se z incidentů pro prevenci rizik

Abstract

The thesis deals with a systematic approach to incident investigation and the process of learning from incidents as a tool for risk prevention in a manufacturing company. The main objective of the thesis is to design a functional system of incident investigation and learning from incidents that will lead to improved occupational health and safety. The theoretical part summarizes the requirements of legal and other regulations that are related to incident investigation. Furthermore, appropriate models, approaches, methods and tools to be used for the design of an effective system are described and explained. The practical part of the thesis focuses on a specific manufacturing company in which, through specific change proposals, the definition of sub-processes and the creation of support tools, a system is designed and applied to selected incidents. The results are analysed and their contribution to the improvement of the company's OSH management system is evaluated.
