Generování finanční dokumentace pro přípravu a provoz solárních systému

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na podporu výstavby fotovoltaických elektráren s automatickým generováním kompletní dokumentace a kalkulací finančních modelů. V úvodní části práce je představen aktuální proces realizace fotovoltaické elektrárny s důrazem kladeným na potřebné dokumenty, dále je nastíněna provázanost s legislativou České republiky. Od následujících kapitol je věnována pozornost předzpracování tiskopisů a přípravě databáze, aby její struktura co nejlépe uchovávala stavy a data jednotlivých procesů. Druhá část práce se zabývá finanční stránkou fotovoltaických elektráren s výpočty pro udržitelnost a návratnost s použitím stavebního spoření. Detailněji jsou popsány jednotlivé fáze financování a základy finanční matematiky. Součástí finanční analýzy je také oblast pojištění, jež je zacílena na fotovoltaické elektrárny, které jsou součástí stavebních objektů.

The Master Thesis is focused on support of photovoltaic system constructions with automatic generation of complete documentation and calculating financial models. In the opening part is introduced actual realization process of photovoltaic systems with emphasis on the necessary documents and the links to the legislation of the Czech Republic are outlined. Next chapters are devoted to the preparation of pre-printed forms and database, in order to retain the structure of states and dates in processes in best way. The second part deals with the financial aspect of photovoltaic systems and with calculations for the suitability of return, which are using a building construction. Various stages of financing and foundations of financial mathematics are described in details. Financial analysis also cover the area of insurance, which is focused on photofoltaic systems, that are part of buildings.
