Pasportizace průmyslového areálu plynojemu 2 v Ostravě - Vítkovicích

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the passportization of industrial site of gasholder MAN. The theoretical part of the work deals with characteristic of industrial history of Ostrava - Vítkovice, general description of gasholders, the issues of Facility management and its software support, life cycle of buildings, as well as issues of the passportization, the passport and its segmentation into individual passports. The aim of the thesis is processing of spatial and structural passport for the industrial site of gasholder MAN, which is also an output of the thesis. The thesis also includes the transfer of data into program Pit – FM and the proposal of the distribution of the functional areas. The thesis will be to serve as a support for future efficiency development of the area. For this reason SWOT analysis, which provides information about strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, is attached.
