Abstract

This thesis deals with the construction of the passive house standard. The greatest part of this topic is dedicated to it. There are resolved details to eliminate thermal bridges and links and perform a complete calculation of the thermal-technical properties of packaging design of the building. The work also forced draft air heating and ventilation with heat recovery. As the name suggests, the work includes optimizing the size of the glazed surfaces. This survey of the energy balance of solar gains brings interesting results and gives us an answer to the question what windows to choose for the implementation of a passive building in which we use solar energy.
